Finally, my very own fitness diary!
My name is Karess and I hope to weigh in at 128 lbs by March. The purpose of this blog is to serve as a food journal-slash-exercise diary-slash-rant space. I am not as coherent as I would want to be, given that I am not the best multi-tasker in the universe, but yeah. . . Let me get to my point now XD
From now till March I hope to be able to successfully document my fitness and diet plan. God willing, I also hope to be able to put up some photos along the way.

Today is Day 7 of my fitness program. I brisked walked for an hour and fifteen minutes. I was uuuuuubbbbbbbbeeeeerrrr hungry yesterday, and was so weak this morning that my knees were almost about to give way. It was so bad, I fell asleep on my flat’s living room.
I think my body’s still adjusting to all the changes it’s going through, namely: less rice, sweets, chips, caffeine, fast food, and all things good (LOL); and bi-weekly exercise. I’ve had awful hunger pangs since Monday. Thankfully I am still functioning as a human being, having been accustomed to these practically my whole life.
I just had a quarter piece of barbecued chicken from our building’s cafeteria, and I still have veggies and rice left over. I’m also gonna be attending a dinner tonight so I guess the diet’s gonna be on semi-hiatus tonight.
